Homemade Cheeseburger Macaroni
This is so much better than the “boxed” stuff and I know what is in it!!
1 lb ground chuck
1 box elbow macaroni
1 cup milk
8 oz. velveeta-like cheese
This is so simple and so yummy!
Brown beef, with seasonings of your choice. Drain, if necessary. (I set it aside in a strainer, and only use one pan.) Boil macaroni until done. Drain. Add milk and cheese. Reduce heat, cover, and allow cheese to melt, stirring frequently.
I lower the fat in this recipe by using lean chuck, 2% or skim milk and reduced fat cheese.
This is also great with broccoli added.
